For Consumers:
When consumers open a Localty account and shop at any of our Customer Localty businesses, they earn Localty Points for their purchases. When a certain number of Localty Points are earned, they can be redeemed for Localty Discount Coupons to be used at any Customer Localty business.

For Businesses:
By signing up as a paid member on ABQ Find, businesses are automatically enrolled in the Customer Localty program and are able to take advantage of ABQ Find's consumers buying their goods or using their services. Consumers will show their Customer Localty program card at checkout and they will earn a point for shopping at your locally-owned business. Eventually, you will get a customer who comes in with a Customer Localty Discount Coupon that they have earned and will deduct that amount from their total sale.

For Consumers:
There is no cost to enroll in the program. Simply create an account and you can get started immediately.

For Businesses:
A paid business listing is required for businesses to participate in the Customer Localty Program. We charge a low monthly fee of $20.00 for our paid business listings and our free business listings are, well, free. There are no long-term contracts, and your rate is guaranteed to never increase as long as you keep your account current and use our PayPal payment option (no matter what features we add to your listing). There is the option of invoicing for those who do not want to use PayPal or a credit card. Unlike the monthly automatic option, the invoice will be billed quarterly at the beginning of each cycle and will be charged NM Gross Receipts Tax.

Unfortunately, we are only able to redeem Localty Points earned at those locally-owned businesses who have enrolled in the program. If you like to shop at a locally-owned business that isn't a part of the program, let us know who they are and we will contact them on your behalf and encourage them to become a member.

When you earn a Localty Discount Coupon to spend at a Customer Localty business, it is good at ANY of ABQ Find's Customer Localty businesses, even if you have never shopped there before. As long as the business is a current Customer Localty Business, they are required to honor it.

Earning Localty Points is pretty easy. Spend $25 (before taxes & tip) or more at any one of our Customer Localty businesses and you earn a point. Only one Localty Point can be earned per transaction, per business member, per day. It's possible to go on a shopping spree on a single day at multiple Localty businesses and earn a Localty Point at each one. WARNING: if the Localty card isn't presented at checkout time, ABQ Find is unable to go back and get credit for it. Be sure to always have your Localty card with you when shopping.Please note it may take up to 4 weeks for Localty Points to be credited to your account depending on how certain businesses report your transaction to ABQ Find.

At this time the Customer Localty Program is new and is subject to change. However, at the time of this writing, you must earn 12 points to get a $20 Localty Discount Coupon to spend at any Localty Business. When a Customer Localty account has been verified as earning the required points, the Localty Discount Coupon will automatically be mailed to the address on file. Note: Localty Businesses are only required to honor 1 Localty Discount Coupon at a time. We leave it up to each individual business if they wish to honor more than one coupon at checkout time. Whether the discount applies to taxes or not are up to each respective Localty business honoring the coupon since we live in a gross receipts tax state.

Anyone who lives in a household is authorized to present a Customer Localty Program card at checkout to one of our Localty businesses. Only one card will be issued per account. If more than one person per household wishes to posess a Localty card, they must create their own account and those points will be earned separate of any other account in the household. There is currently no limit to how many accounts can be created within any particular household. We do, however, encourage members to present their cards when out shopping with friends (even if they aren't buying). Your friends will be jealous of the smart shopping savvy you display and will want to sign up as well! =)

No. The total cost of goods or services must be at least the amount of the discount when using the Localty Discount Coupon. Taxes and tip, if any, are extra. Localty businesses provide the discount to consumers in order to show their appreciation for a consumers continued support of locally-owned businesses. If you spend less than what the discount amount is, then the remaining balance is forfeited.
